A day of light:
Beautiful emotions, full of the feels.
Followed by a day of night:
Emergency situation, the finite plight.
Oh how the pendulum swings from one to the other extreme.
Such is life.
The continued dance between morning and night; darkness and light.
Amidst the shifts,
The challenge is to remain fully present, open and aware
of the God who is there.
Surrounding, guiding, leading, loving,
Blessing in joy and blessing in sorrow.
Ever-present yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
